Bienvenu a la Fondation Evangile pour la Vie (FEV)

 

                      Initiée par Godelieve KANYAMUNEZA, la Fondation Evangile pour la Vie (FEV) s’investit sans relâche en faveur des filles enceintes abandonnées et sans abri, rejetées par leurs familles et qui veulent s’en débarrasser par l’avortement ou l’égorgement du nouveau-né. En dépit de nombreuses défis rencontrés, cette fondation ne cesse de toucher plus de filles et de diversifier ses interventions.

 

                    Son Charisme est tiré de l’Evangile du Christ (Jean 10, 10b) qui dit « Moi je suis venu pour que les brebis aient la vie en abondance ». Il s’inspire aussi de la déclaration du Saint Jean Paul II (au Mouvement italien pour la vie, le 20 Mai 2003) : « Que le Seigneur vous aide à œuvrer sans cesse afin que tous, croyants et non-croyants, comprennent que la protection de la vie humaine dès sa conception est une condition nécessaire pour édifier un avenir digne de l’homme. Si nous acceptons qu’une mère puisse supprimer le fruit de son sein, que nous reste-t-il ? L’avortement est le principe qui met en danger la paix dans le monde ».

C’est en 2013 que la la Fondation Evangile pour la Vie a été initiée par Godelieve KANYAMUNEZA,  Psychologue de formation, Godelieve était soucieuse de venir en aide aux jeunes filles enceintes ou ayant pratiqué des avortements. Elle avait rencontré ces filles lors des séances d’écoute. Elles faisaient face à des problèmes économiques, physiologiques et psychologiques. Elle s’est sentie interpellée à diffuser le message divin sur le respect de la vie de la personne humaine, dès sa conception. En 2014, la FEV a reçu la bénédiction de l’Archevêque de Bujumbura et a été agréée officiellement par l’Ordonnance Ministérielle n°530/1553 du 19/09/2014).

Avec l’appui de divers partenaires, des parents et autres bienfaiteurs, plusieurs actions ont été initiées en faveur des filles et femmes enceintes hébergées par la FEV : Hébergement de plus de 430 jeunes mères et autant de bébés nés, 150 mères célibataires formées sur la couture et autant sur la cuisine et l’entreprenariat , 50 mères célibataires formées sur la garderie des malades et des bébés, Plus de 350 mères célibataire ont été réinsérées dans leurs familles d’origines, Plus de 400 filles ont été assistées médicalement, spirituellement et psychologiquement, 50 filles ont regagné les écoles,  Plus de 50 filles ont regagnées la Foi Catholique et 30 mères célibataires ont été aidées avec succès dans la recherche de la paternité de l’enfant

Initier 3 centres d’ici 5 ans afin de diminuer la concentration des interventions dans un seul endroit et ainsi appuyer plus de filles, Construire et équiper un centre de métiers pour aider les filles qui n’ont pas terminé les études à être autonomes et à initier de petites activités génératrices de revenues, Construction d’une école afin d’offrir une chance aux enfants pauvres de suivre des études.
